According to the BBC, the number of UK millionaires have halved since the housing crash began. I guess you shouldn’t call yourself a millionaire if you thought you were really smart by flipping a property or two. Hopefully some people will remember this lesson during the next boom (most probably won’t). As they say, what goes up must come down.
