The Porsche Panamera was officially unveiled at the 2009 Shanghai motor show. So before the official show Porsche wanted to unveil the car to a small amount of people first, on the 94th floor of the Shanghai World Financial Center. A helicopter or a crane would have been too costly and difficult, so they stuffed the car upright in a freight elevator and let it ride to the top of the building.
